You can return products in their original packaging in new condition to receive a refund, less a 15% restocking fee.

Q: How do I keep my case clean?
A: The best way to keep the box clean is with a damp cloth and Q-tip. Use the Q-tip to free the seal of any debris that may compromise the seal.
Q: To what depths are your Cases waterproof?
A: Our cases are rated and guaranteed to individual depths based on each product line, be sure to check out each product description for detailed information. Some cases are rated to 150 feet below water! Try comparing that with our competition!
Q: Will the Pins used on my Case ever Rust?
A: Our pins are made from Stainless steel which is the standard for salt and freshwater applications. The pins are extremely rust resistant but from time to time can form surface rust. If this happens, it is normal, and will not in any way affect the integrity of the pin or the performance of the case.
Q: What material is used for the X-treme Cases by S3?
A: The type of plastic used to make the X-treme Cases is an ABS plastic that’s reinforced with fiberglass. The type of plastic used to make clear X-treme Cases is a high impact polycarbonate. All X-treme Cases by S3, regardless of material used, offer the same superior protection you’ve come to trust!
Q: What is the foam lining made out of?
A: The material used to make the foam liners in the T1000-T4500 is high grade 2a volara foam. The T5000 and larger sizes, including all of the High Performance Resin Cases, come standard with pick and pluck foam, allowing you to customize the case to cradle and support virtually any size object.
